This page highlights the conferences, symposiums, and workshops I help organize to strengthen the research ecosystem in India. When I began my research career, the ecosystem was still small, with limited avenues for discussion and few platforms for receiving meaningful feedback. My goal here is to create inclusive forums, with a particular focus on behavioral and development economics, where ongoing work can be presented, rigorously discussed, and improved through constructive engagement from peers and experts. By promoting critical dialogue at every stage of the research process, these events aim to improve research quality, strengthen collaborative networks, and support scholars in developing work that is better positioned for publication in leading journals.
BREW-ESA Conference
The Behavioral Research in Economics Workshop (BREW) is a valuable platform for advancing behavioral economics in India by bringing together researchers, faculty, and students to share new work and exchange ideas. The workshop creates space for rigorous, constructive discussion that helps sharpen research design, strengthen empirical and theoretical contributions, and build meaningful academic collaborations. By fostering this culture of feedback and engagement, BREW contributes to higher-quality research and supports scholars in preparing work for publication in leading journals.
